The Hummingbird Center for Common Ground

A Place to Gather, Re-Imagine, and Design what is Just, Sacred, and Whole

Berlin, Vermont

The spirit of Healing transcends the individual to involve the whole community.” ~ Wendell Berry

OUR NAME: Named to honor a tiny jeweled bird, The Hummingbird Center is an intimate gathering place with a stunning lookout to the valley, mountains, and big sky of the Dog River Valley.

VISION: To create health and belonging through a density of connection, we gather to re-imagine our callings in the world, build community, and help cultivate a sacred, just and ecological future.

MISSION: We offer a gathering space for reflection, dialogue, convivial learning, and creativity to generate connection, care, and healing with ourselves, each other, and the places we call home.
